COMMUNITY HORIZONS LLC High Level Direct Care Provider Needed in IOLA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you a patient, reliable caregiver who enjoys meaningful member centered work and on call shifts that gives you freedom on other days? A member located in Merrill is seeking to find a compassionate and reliable, caregiver to work as an on-call Care Provider in his personal home. This role will provide a high level of specialized care, provide companionship and support. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a real passion for caregiving and truly wants to make a difference in another life! Tasks of this role include: Administer medication as prescribed via G-tube Incontinence/Catheter care and hygiene Provide range of motion exercises daily Repositioning the member throughout the shift Transfer with the use of a Hoyer lift as needed Provide companionship and support for emotional well -being of the member Qualifications: Must have a patient, compassionate approach to caregiving Reliability and dedication are a must Previous caregiving experience is a plus but willing to train the RIGHT person Pet friendly (there are pets present within the home) The ability to provide excellent member focused care Schedule: On-Call, No set schedule.
