Insight Global SAP TRM Business Analyst in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) Techno‑Functional Business Analyst to support a large agricultural client on the energy side of the business. This role focuses on the integration of financial derivatives into SAP TRM across multiple SAP environments and partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and end‑to‑end delivery. Responsibilities include supporting SAP TRM integrations with IS‑OIL and ACM, providing both functional and technical guidance, and leading testing efforts including SIT and UAT through sign‑off.
The ideal candidate is senior‑level, brings hands‑on SAP TRM experience, and can quickly ramp into a complex SAP landscape with minimal hand‑holding. This is a fully remote, 8‑month contract through the end of the 2025 calendar year.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or a related field preferred
• Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems, particularly in SAP TRM
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting complex SAP engagements or implementations across all phases of the project lifecycle, including explore, design, delivery, and testing
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), especially financial derivatives integrations
• Experience with SAP IS-OIL and Gas and/or soft commodity business processes supported by SAP ACM
• Experience with SAP Commodity Management and Risk Management integration in oil, gas, energy trading, or commodity-focused environments
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience supporting business processes across commodity-based industries
