Auto Body Estimator
? Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule customer repair appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
Partner closely with the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Office Manager, and Outside Sales team to manage incoming workflow.
Gather, verify, and document complete customer and vehicle information.
Prepare clear, detailed estimates for labor, parts, and repair services.
Maintain open repair quotes when needed until customer and Service Department approval is secured.
Produce timely, accurate service repair orders and estimates.
Oversee and organize customer repair progress to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Build trust and satisfaction by engaging customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
? Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive service and automotive parts.
Strong understanding of insurance claims and billing procedures.
Proficiency with CCC and other automotive estimating software.
Prior autobody estimating or repair experience is required .
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with diesel engines and diesel repair processes.
Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
