We are looking for an Assistant Supervisor to provide leadership, direction and oversight involving the processing production in the USDA production department. -Ensure completion of daily production requirements are being met. -Supervise up to 20 employees -Assign and train new employees -Monitor usage of raw produce ensuring minimal waste and over run of products. -Scheduling, maintaining control of labor hours worked on a daily basis. -Communicate effectively with all leadership, USDA inspector and other departments within the facility. 1st shift: 6:00am-Finish Email your resume to: jobs@aws-us.com
