About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in VBA and Excel Macros to join our dynamic team in Indore . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Excel Macros, VBA scripts, and automation tools to streamline processes.
Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Excel-based reporting dashboards.
Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to deliver actionable insights.
Prepare and present reports, charts, and summaries for management.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in VBA programming and Excel Macros (mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, etc.).
Good understanding of business process workflows and automation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to SQL / MS Access / Power BI.
Understanding of financial/business data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
