Become a pricing business partner driving impact at Grundfos

Do you want to help shape how pricing works in practice across a global organisation? Are you motivated by partnering with the business, driving adoption of pricing capabilities and turning pricing principles into day to day reality?

We are looking for a Senior Pricing Consultant to join our Global Pricing Excellence team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pricing or commercial professional who wants to work close to the business, influence how pricing is done globally, and help teams succeed with pricing initiatives.

What you’ll be working on

• Acting as a pricing business partner to divisional pricing teams, providing sparring, guidance and hands on support on pricing ways of working.

• Driving adoption and anchoring of pricing capabilities, including processes, tools and best practices, across divisions and markets.

• Developing, deploying and continuously improving pricing standards and approval principles, ensuring they are practical and well embedded in daily business.

• Driving global pricing initiatives and roll outs, with a strong focus on change management, communication and enablement.

• Contributing to a strong global pricing community by sharing best practices and driving alignment across the organisation.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a commercially minded professional who brings strong change and stakeholder management skills. You are structured and pragmatic, able to balance standardisation with business reality. We also imagine that you:

• Hold a Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.

• Have 5+ of experience within pricing, commercial excellence, finance or similar roles in an international environment.

• Understand how pricing impacts profitability, customer behaviour and commercial performance in a B2B context.

• Are comfortable driving change and adoption across multiple stakeholders and cultures.

• Have supported system roll outs or global capability adoption initiatives.

• Have experience working with pricing or commercial systems (e.g. CPQ, CRM or ERP pricing modules).

• Are a dynamic and result oriented self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and can prioritise effectively.

• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, and enjoy working in a cross functional, global setting.
