Job Summary
The Lemonade Stand Server is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving lemonade and light refreshments, handling cash or electronic payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming stand. This role is ideal for individuals under 21 looking to gain customer service and teamwork experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
Prepare and serve lemonade according to provided recipes and guidelines
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and/or digital payments responsibly
Keep the lemonade stand clean, organized, and stocked
Follow basic food safety and hygiene practices
Assist with setup and breakdown of the stand as needed
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions and basic safety rules
Reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift light items such as pitchers, cups, or supply boxes
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
