Our client, a leading distribution company located in the PARK 100 area, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators to join their team. As part of this organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Job Title: Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Park 100 Area)
Pay Range: $17- $19.25
Shift:
Picker 2nd shift – M-F 2p-10:30p - $19
Picker 1st shift - M-F 7a-3:30p - $17
Case Picker II – M-F 11am-7:30pm - $19.25
Picker Diff 1 Mid shift – M-F 12pm-8:30pm - $18
What's the Job?
Hand selects and packs orders for shipping with precision and care.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Replenish stock and organize products to ensure smooth workflow.
Receive incoming products and accurately check in inventory using computer systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
What's Needed?
Previous warehouse experience (8-24 months preferred).
Forklift operation experience required for Forklift Material Handler II role.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks involving reaching, climbing, and stretching.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Reliable attendance and punctuality, with good computer skills for inventory management.
