V2X Sr. EHS Engineer - Indianapolis, IN in Indianapolis, Indiana

Lead Indianapolis site Environmental Health and Safety program. As a sole EHS resource for the site, this position leads and facilitates implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems and EHS compliance activities to ensure compliance to applicable EHS regulations and V2X EHS policies & procedures.

Required Skills:

4-6 years of managing EHS programs in medium to large manufacturing location, thorough understanding of EHS requirements and regulations, ability to manage and mitigate hazards and risk, and execute site EHS plans, goals and objectives.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with broad EHS regulations, reporting, recordkeeping requirements

  • Understanding EHS management systems such as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively across the vertical organization

  • Manage and execute multiple tasks and initiatives to drive EHS performance improvement

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in EHS related field
