TEKsystems Server Administrator in Indianapolis, Indiana
Seeking a Systems Administrator with SQL DBA experience.
100% remote with visits to Ft. Wayne ones a quater.
Must haves:
-Knowledgeable with Windows Servers - almost completely a Windows shop with a couple Redhat Linux
-Microsoft 365, exchange, Teams
-Storage SANS
-AD and group policy
-VMware experience
-BC/DR (Veeam and QNAP), back up and replication
-SQL
SQL DBA Functions:
DB optimization / Tuning queries and database optimization
SQL Reporting
Indexing
Clustering
HA/DR
Automation background
Configuration Management
Terraform
Ansible
Python / JS / PowerShell / etc.
Description
This role will be supporting the DevOps Architect to allow them to focus on the larger projects at hand
Handle work related to the above top skills
Jr. Position, but still need about 3 years experience
One other person doing the admin work but they are overloaded
Skills
Vmware, Active directory, entra id, sharepoint, teams, devops
Nice to have:
-Powershell and automation, storing code and some azure devops
-Some Ansible
-Microsoft SQL Server
-SQL DBA
-Redhat Linux

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
