Neovia Logistics Quality Assurance Specialist Shift 1 $19.00 in Indianapolis, Indiana

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Specialist supports daily operations by ensuring product accuracy, inventory integrity, and process compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, hands‑on experience with parts, and an understanding of how components fit and function.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will do:

  • Perform quality checks to ensure parts, kits, and inventory meet accuracy and condition standardsIdentify defects, discrepancies, and process gaps; document and escalate issues as needed

  • Review inventory movement, slotting, and product flow to support operational efficiency

  • Reconcile inventory variances using system data and physical counts

  • Analyze forecasts, trends, and recurring quality issues to support continuous improvement

  • Communicate findings clearly through professional email and system documentation

  • Partner with teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence

  • Support grief resolution (root cause analysis and corrective actions)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment

  • SAP experience a must

  • Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks

  • Possess a customer-oriented attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
