Job Title: Process Automation & Learning Technology Solutions Consultant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $65-69/hour DOQ
Type: 18 month contract
Overview
The Process Automation & Learning Technology Solutions Consultant supports enterprise learning and development operations through workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and learning technology implementation. This role partners with technology and data leaders to design, build, and optimize scalable systems using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging AI tools. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, project leadership capability, and experience operating in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet to improve learning operations
Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, service portal solutions, and workflow configurations
Monitor and triage incoming technology requests, providing solution design and ongoing support
Develop AI-enabled tools and Copilot agents to streamline content generation, learner support, and operational efficiency
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance automation, analytics, and knowledge management
Provide technical consultation and delivery support for learning technology initiatives, including LMS configuration and reporting
Support administration and optimization of SuccessFactors Learning and related learning systems
Partner cross-functionally with L&D, IT, and enterprise technology teams to align solutions with organizational standards
Manage web server content and ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and corporate policies
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge repositories, and document management systems
Lead or contribute to multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience with process automation tools such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet
Experience developing ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, and service portal solutions
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience scoping, leading, and delivering technology projects
Experience implementing or supporting learning technology initiatives
Experience with web server management and content administration
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with LMS administration and configuration, particularly SuccessFactors Learning
Experience developing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Claude, or similar tools
Working knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
Experience with SharePoint administration and development
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or programming languages such as Python or SQL
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive process improvement initiatives
