The National Sales Training Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence in Renewal by Andersen’s new hire training programs. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the training department—managing logistics, reporting, and communication to create a world-class onboarding and continuous development experience for Design Consultants (DCs).
The Training Coordinator ensures each training session is properly staffed, maintains consistent delivery standards, and tracks performance data to improve training effectiveness and market-level success rates. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Operations & Authority:
Ensure all training sessions (local and Zoom) are appropriately staffed with qualified facilitators.
Adjust facilitator assignments and escalate training attendance or performance issues to managers when necessary.
Approve and manage small-scale training supply and material budgets to keep programs running smoothly.
Data, Reporting & Accountability:
Create daily and weekly reports on training performance, new hire progress, and session data.
Track key metrics (NCCR, retention, appointment performance, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Compile and analyze survey feedback from new hires and managers, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure milestones (Scores, KPI's, Phase Transitions, Back-to-Basics entry) are documented and reported consistently.
Monitor time-to-first-sale and time-to-quota.
Tools & Technology:
Use CRM data to track and report on training progress and KPIs.
Build reports, dashboards, and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, conditional formatting).
Manage training sessions using platforms like Zoom, Rilla, Replay AI, and other learning tools.
Support the ongoing use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training resources are accessible and updated.
Support & Resources:
Manage communication between the national training team, local managers, and facilitators.
Coordinate ordering and distribution of local training supplies, ensuring all new hires are equipped with proper tools for training and field work.
Act as a resource for local managers, providing tools, guidance, and support when needed.
Ensure Design Consultants across markets have the same baseline experience regardless of trainer.
Gather and share success stories from new hires to reinforce culture.
Content & Development:
Assist with content creation for training manuals, workshops, and learning resources.
Support the development of continuous training initiatives including workshops, back-to-basics refreshers, and specialty sessions.
Flagging deviations or gaps in how sessions are being taught.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both managers and new hires.
High level of organization, detail orientation, and follow-through.
Proficiency in CRM reporting and data interpretation.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards).
Experience managing training sessions on Zoom or other virtual platforms.
Ability to balance empathy (with new hires) and accountability (with managers).
Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions when faced with logistical or training challenges.
Must be in good standing with the organization (i.e. no disciplinary action in the last 6 months).

Competitive hourly rate of $34.85 + quarterly bonus potential
