Description
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our client's B2C and B2B ecommerce platform. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow an online sales operation, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for enhancing ecommerce processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the ecommerce platforms, focusing on both B2C and B2B sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with web development partners to optimize site functionality, ensure accurate product listings, and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate timely execution of product launches, pricing updates, and seasonal promotions.
• Partner with distribution leadership to establish efficient packaging and fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for order picking, packing, shipping, and returns management.
• Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, IT, and supply chain to align ecommerce goals with broader business objectives.
• Ensure consistent inventory availability and accurate stock levels for online platforms.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements • Proven experience in ecommerce management or online retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with fulfillment and distribution processes, including packaging workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools is highly desirable.
