Description
We are looking for a meticulous and organized General Office/Copy Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in detail-oriented environments and are skilled in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data management tasks. As part of this role, you will contribute to high volume of copy and scanning projects. Previous experience working in a copy center is ideal, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Performs operator maintenance as required. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Must have the ability to operate automated mail finishing equipment.
Must have high level knowledge and understanding of mail finishing operations and processes.
Must have the ability to set-up and operate various types of mail finishing equipment in Delivery Services.
Detail minded and have the ability to deal with deadlines and high volumes.
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Good communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with customers and management
Scan and digitize documents to facilitate efficient data management.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create and update reports.
Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing internal and external inquiries.
Requirements
• Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with team members and requestors.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
• Experience with email correspondence in a detail-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for report creation and updates.
• Organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively.
• Ability to perform calculations with precision.
• Experience with scanning and digitizing documents for streamlined record-keeping.
