Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description

A manufacturing company in the Indianapolis area is seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers for multiple shifts. The role involves assembling both simple and complex devices, operating automated assembly equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble simple and complex devices with precision.

  • Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently.

  • Document final and in-process procedures accurately.

  • Package and label final products meticulously.

  • Regularly read work procedures and assembly drawings to ensure accuracy.

  • Verify products using checklists to maintain quality standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in assembly, including hand and power tool usage.

  • Experience in production assembly and mechanical assembly processes.

  • Ability to perform wiring and soldering tasks.

  • Familiarity with assembly lines and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in inspection and working within a cleanroom environment.

Work Environment

This position is situated in a cleanroom environment where the assembly area is highly regulated. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, there is a high level of attention to detail and documentation required to meet industry standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.
