Responsibilities for an Associate Project Manager include but are not limited to:
Production & Order Management: Support the Client Services team by drafting clinical trial electronic production orders, reviewing production records for accuracy, and maintaining real-time updates in the project tracking system.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage clinical label generation tasks between clients and the project management team, ensuring all necessary milestones are met for successful project completion.
Data & System Integrity: Utilize Microsoft Excel and various database systems for data management, manipulation, and reporting to ensure project documentation is precise and compliant.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to team members and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates for Associate Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S./B.F.A.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service, clinical trials, or pharmaceuticals .
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data management and reporting) and comfort working within various complex database systems.
Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and the ability to present information effectively to management, vendors, and customers.
Mindset: Must be intellectually curious, results-oriented, and able to remain organized while managing change and shifting project priorities.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
