Overview
The Client Services Coordinator supports clinical trial operations by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and timely execution of project tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and process clinical trial electronic production orders with a high level of accuracy.
Review production records and ensure all documentation meets internal and client standards.
Update and maintain project tracking systems to reflect current timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Manage clinical label generation activities, coordinating between clients and the project management team.
Partner closely with project managers to complete all tasks required for successful project execution.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Work within various database systems and maintain accurate data across platforms.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, manipulation, and reporting.
Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
Experience in customer service, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from management, vendors, and customers.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
