What You’ll Be Doing
Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products
Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment
Document results accurately and communicate findings to plant personnel
Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality deviations and contributing to corrective actions
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean work environment
What We Are Looking For
Ability to conduct quality tests with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
Capability to interpret test data and communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams
Proficiency in using lab equipment and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently during night shift operations
Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
