What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products

  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment

  • Document results accurately and communicate findings to plant personnel

  • Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality deviations and contributing to corrective actions

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean work environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to conduct quality tests with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

  • Capability to interpret test data and communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams

  • Proficiency in using lab equipment and willingness to learn new tools and processes

  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently during night shift operations

  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
