Group Supervisor
- Location: Indiana, PA
- Payrate: $14.00 an hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Between 7am to 5:30pm (Normally a 7.5 hours per day)
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dedicated Group Supervisor to lead a preschool classroom. This role oversees assistant group supervisors and aides, implements the HighScope curriculum, and supports each child's growth and development.
Lead classroom activities and implement HighScope curriculum
Support children's physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development
Supervise and mentor assistant group supervisors, aides, and volunteers
Communicate with families and maintain classroom documentation
Ensure compliance with PA licensing, Keystone STARS, and NAEYC standards
What are the Job Requirements?
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Familiarity with HighScope curriculum and PA Early Learning Standards a plus
- Leadership experience in a classroom setting is preferred
- Must be able to obtain all clearances required
