The Opportunity!
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Team Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our team while delivering exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow and service standards, providing real-time guidance and problem-solving, and ensuring consistent operational efficiency.
In addition to operational leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in team development—coaching and mentoring employees, supporting onboarding and training of new brokers, and guiding staff through performance improvement and licensing advancement.
This position also involves managing complex client needs and escalations, while maintaining a portfolio of farm and higher-value personal lines clients. A strong commitment to service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement is essential for success in this role.
- Full-Time career working out of our Indian Head & Qu’Appelle branch locations.
What you will bring to the role –
Minimum Level 1 insurance license (Level 3 preferred)
Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
