Our Vision for this Role
The Real Estate Lease Coordinator I will assist in maintaining the corporate 2,900+ lease portfolio for Flynn Group . Responsibilities include supporting Lease Manager and Operations staff in Day-to-Day tasks, rent review and balancing, keeping in SAP system current with all portfolio changes and reviewing lease details as required.

Consistent Achiever
Review new leases and maintain FRG’s existing portfolio of 2,900+ leases in SAP RE-FX.
Review and Balance to Landlord Aging reports and Ledgers.
Configure sales based rental amounts for payout based on lease terms.
Maintain and Update Spreadsheets using MS Excel for Management distribution.
Skilled Communicator
Act as liaison between FRG and external partners, such as landlords and CAM vendors.
Review and interpret leases and documents related thereto for specific terms, amounts or clauses.
Culture Champion
- Communicate with internal and external legal teams, as directed by Manager.
Trusted Owner
Run control numbers for Beginning of the Month Rental Figures and maintain a balance on changes throughout the month, with a final Rent Run at month end.
Process new lease documents, lease amendments and extensions/renewals. Ensure SAP files are concurrent with all new documents and lease details regarding each property.
Review Lease Details and report findings to Lease Management.
What You Have
College degree strongly preferred.
Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment and a rapidly-changing organization.
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel; SAP experience a plus.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently with guidance from management.
Effective communication skills with the ability to address issues of external partners.
