INTERN JOB TITLE:

Engineering Intern - Data Acquisition Systems

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The intern will support the development of a robust Data Acquisition System (DAS) to improve operational data capture across engineering and production workstations. Responsibilities include defining system architecture, documenting specifications, and conducting a market assessment of commercially available or build-in-house DAS options. The intern will evaluate how data flows through current processes, identify operational gaps, and outline requirements to inform future system procurement. The final deliverables will include a structured DAS proposal, process flow documentation, and a recommended implementation approach.
