Accountabilities:

• Manages all aspects of complex to highly complex projects from original concept through completion, applying disciplined execution practices and leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, tracking, and reporting efficiency.

• Defines project scope, develops schedules and budgets, and identifies resource requirements, deliverables, and timeframes for completion, using structured methodologies and AI-supported forecasting to improve predictability and visibility.

• Acts as the single point of contact for the project team and coordinates activities with internal and external groups, using AI-enabled tools to streamline communication, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

• Manages multiple concurrent projects and coordinates activities of several project teams, proactively identifying dependencies, trade-offs, and risks through structured analysis and AI-assisted scenario evaluation.

• Develops reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities, leveraging AI where appropriate to accelerate data synthesis and insight generation while validating outputs for accuracy and business context.

• Raises and maintains awareness of project issues and risks, applying sound judgment and AI-supported risk analysis to develop and communicate mitigation strategies.

• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs while ensuring governance compliance and stakeholder alignment.

• Drives continuous process improvement in assigned areas of the business by refining delivery workflows and embedding AI-enabled tools to reduce rework and enhance decision quality.

• Owns complex projects or workstreams by designing AI-augmented delivery models that improve predictability, speed, and decision quality. Actively manages dependencies, trade-offs, and risks while coaching junior PMs.

• Demonstrates AI-Fluent execution by using AI daily to support drafting, summarization, forecasting, risk identification, and structured decision preparation, while retaining full accountability for judgment, trade-offs, and final outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience, including management of complex or multi-stream initiatives.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Knowledge of Quality Tools & Techniques (TQM, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

• Advanced project and program management practices, governance, dependency management.

• Demonstrated AI-Fluent capability, including regular use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, risk identification, and decision preparation while retaining full accountability for judgment and outcomes.

• Possesses influencing, mentoring and coaching skills to the project team; identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change; ability to drive change in the team and/or organization, including promoting disciplined and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, including the ability to synthesize AI-supported insights into clear, structured, decision-ready communication.

• Multi-stream delivery leadership; AI-assisted risk and trend analysis; stakeholder management; trade-off evaluation; delivery governance design.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
