Job Summary
The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and performing reconciliations to support financial accuracy and compliance
Accountabilities:
The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the following:
Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions.
Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis.
Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports.
Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.
Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries.
Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting-related field
Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Good English communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
