Key Responsibilities
Insights & Data Analysis
Pull and analyze data from platforms such as Technomic, Data Essential, and Circana to support Away from Home team initiatives.
Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis
Support the development of monthly insights reports and presentations
Conduct AFH competitive analysis and concept testing & report results and recommendations
Manage bespoke data requests for National and Regional Account Managers (NAM/RAM)
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, sharing insights with account teams
Collaborate with category management to fully leverage all data sources across Growth Channels and to create performance dashboards
Customer & Channel Strategy Development
Support the development of customer-facing presentations for commercial and non-commercial national, regional, and key accounts
Support the development of internal presentations for leadership & brand equity teams
Brand Equity Management
Collaborate with brand equity teams to identify foodservice opportunities that drive trial and brand growth
Support the communication and organization of meetings between Away from Home marketing and brand teams
Advocate for inclusion of Away from Home in Key Brand Equity initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, growth channels category management and agency partners
Support brand equity meetings, including agenda development and content preparation
Proactively communicate project timelines, presentation schedules, and strategic updates to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG or Away from Home preferred)
Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Technomic, Circana, Data Essential)
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong/High Level Proficiency in tools such as Excel & Power Point
Experience developing customer-facing presentations

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
