AFI is currently looking for motivated QC Inspectors and NDT Technicians to join our team. ASNT and/or CWI certification is a plus but not required. NDT methods include, but not limited to, Visual (VT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and/or Magnetic Particle (MT).
Responsibilities include working with the Quality Manager, in conjunction with a Production team, in performing daily inspections at various stages of the production process and completing required quality control inspection reports.
Must have some basic knowledge of the ASME code for pressure vessels, weldments, and materials. Must have the ability to read and understand fabrication drawings, analyze and solve problems effectively, and write legibly while ensuring all applicable inspection paperwork is accurate and complete.
Pay depending on experience. Willing to train for the right motivated individual. Willing to work OT as needed. Working Hours are Monday-Thursday 7 AM 4:30 PM & Friday 7 AM 11 AM.
