About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Services
Project Manager to join our Professional Services team; Global Delivery
Center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing
end-to-end project lifecycles, driving successful implementations, and working
closely with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong stakeholder
management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver
projects on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
In this role you will
Lead
the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects,
ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
Manage
the entire project lifecycle including initiation, requirement gathering,
scheduling, execution, monitoring, risk/issue management, and closure.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (Consultants, Technical Leads, Product ,
Support) to drive smooth implementation and integration.
Act
as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective
communication and strong relationship management.
Identify
risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; proactively drive
mitigation plans.
Track
project performance, report key metrics, and provide regular updates to
stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure
delivery quality by following best practices, PMO processes, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate
workshops, status meetings, and project governance reviews.
Support
resource planning and allocation across assigned projects.
You've Got What It Takes If You
Bachelor’s
degree in business, Technology, or related field (PMP/Prince2/Agile
certification preferred).
Around
5 years of proven experience in project management within
Professional Services / IT / SaaS / Consulting domains.
Hands-on
experience in project implementation and delivery with measurable
outcomes.
Strong
knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or
Hybrid).
Proficiency
with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet,
Mavenlink, Asana, or similar).
Excellent
communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability
to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong
problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
