Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tosca and a background in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects ensuring quality and efficiency in our processes. The position requires no travel and operates during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and performance.
Utilize Tosca to automate testing processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy in quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues ensuring seamless project execution.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.
Implement best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve testing methodologies and outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes making recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all quality assurance activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Coordinate with program management teams to align quality assurance efforts with project goals and timelines.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive edge.
Contribute to the development of quality assurance documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on quality assurance activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Tosca with a proven track record of successful test automation.
