The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and enhancing applications within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance robust applications using Spring Cloud Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements and improve system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement innovative solutions that align with company objectives. - Utilize Spring Integration to streamline processes and ensure seamless communication between different system components. - Implement and maintain Spring MVC and Spring Core frameworks to ensure high-quality application architecture and design. - Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality bug-free software solutions. - Provide technical expertise and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and methodologies. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals. - Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides to facilitate smooth application usage and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain data security and integrity. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency. - Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Spring Cloud Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications. - Demonstrate expertise in Spring Integration Spring MVC and Spring Core with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. - Experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. - Ability to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement. 9.
