Primary Responsibilities:
Design and develop Pega BPM applications
Coordinate with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer
Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services
Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks
Conduct system performance tests
Design, build, fine tune, and operationalize AI driven functionality within Pega workflows, leveraging the latest Pega Predictable AI™, AI Agents, Blueprint, and Constellation UI enhancements

AI / GenAI / AI Agent Capabilities
AI Model Training, Fine Tuning, and Optimization
GenAI Automated Test Generation
Workflow Orchestration & Integration

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Associate degree with good experience Pega certified with one of these certifications CSA, CSSA
2+ years of technical experience in Pega development
Experience in Oracle and stored procedures using PL / SQL
Experience in software architecture
Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, implementation and support of large scale applications
DevOps Knowledge and experience in DevOps tools
Experience in developing CI/CD solutions for Pega applications will be a preferred qualification
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with deep hands on expertise in Pega Infinity 25/25.1, specifically around Constellation architecture, GenAI capabilities, AI agent integration, and workflow orchestration
Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience on Pega Cloud
Hands on experience with GIT, CI/CD Tools and Application Monitoring tools like PDC, Splunk/Kibana, Dynatrace etc.
Required AI Skills:
All resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity
