What you’ll do
This role will require you to
Develop, test and maintain scalable and high-performing enterprise applications
Develop and test microservices and integrate them with container orchestration platforms
Write efficient, scalable, and clean code primarily in Java
Apply AI skills and develop next-generation AI capabilities into our products
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications
Be responsible for the quality of features developed/tested
Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment and development cycles
Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Evaluate, investigate, and tune/optimize the performance of the application
Resolve customer incidents and provide support to Customer Support and Operations teams

What makes you a qualified candidate
Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc in CSE, IT, or related disciplines
2–3 years of relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of Java, with experience across the full development lifecycle, including testing
Hands-on experience in REST API development
Experience working in one or more public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What you’ll bring
You will be a preferred candidate if you have
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and related cloud services
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory in a CI/CD environment
Working knowledge on LLMs, Agentic AI and a continuous learning attitude
An automation-first and accelerated development mindset, leveraging permitted AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
The ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to team success
Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to make an impact
