Process Overview
The Risk and Finance Technology team provides end-to-end technology solutions and support for Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officers. Corporate Treasury and Forecasting Technology is responsible for end-to-end technology solutions and support for the office of Treasurer as part of the Chief Financial Officer organization.
Job Description: - This person is responsible for developing and supporting the products and will report to the technical lead. Ability to handle pressure/conflict.
Responsibilities: -
Experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to risk management, trading, or other key functions in the banking transaction lifecycle
Good verbal communication, presentation skills
Ability to handle pressure/conflict.
Hands on experience while working on complex, multi-tier enterprise applications.
Hands on programming experience using Core Java 11 concepts, Spring Boot, Rester, Angular, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.
Strong knowledge of SQL using Exadata or another database. Experience with Hadoop is a plus.
Team player, Self-motivated and self-managed.
Experienced team leader, capable of leading a mid-sized team and be responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
Proven ability to operate within the global environment operating from multiple locations and time zones
Planning, time management and resource management skills
Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to large, complex programs
Requirements
Education - B.E. in Computer Science / Electronics or Masters
Certifications If Any - Java 11 Certification is good to have.
Experience Range - 9 to 12 years
Foundational skills*
Proven expertise on using Core Java 11 concepts, Spring Boot, Rester with ability to rapidly learn other Java/J2EE technologies.
Demonstrated hands on experience in enterprise Spark, Hadoop and Oracle.
Critical thinking and Problem solving
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions based on sound design principles.
Self-driven and well-motivated
Prior experience of working with Global Technology teams
Good Analytical, Debugging and design skills.
Basic SQL Knowledge.
Clear, Concise Communication skills, ability to articulate Problem/Solution
Desired skills*
· Experience working in an Agile environment
· Work Experience in Banking Domain
