The Agentic AI Senior Training Specialist provides an exceptional learning experience, facilitating blended learning for the AGI-DS org. The role requires the ability to support planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of end-to-end training. The Agentic AI Senior Training Specialist will work closely with the Training Manager to track and drive completion of training reporting and task completion through different tools and platforms and support AI Agentic Trainees to do the same. Agentic AI Senior Training Specialists also work to identify areas of improvement at a site level and to drive innovation within training approaches, with the goal to scale these innovations to the wider, global network.
Key job responsibilities
Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum.
Actively work to maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned trainings. Maintain expertise in their current role by staying current on tools, process, procedures, and training techniques.
Manage the classroom to ensure an organized and productive learning environment for all trainees.
Evaluate trainee performance on a daily basis to identify opportunity areas and help improve performance accordingly.
Ensure trainee success by providing coaching & feedback during training and providing feedback to Training Manager on trainee engagement and performance.
Share batch-related observations with the respective Training Manager so that they can take corrective action.
Manage relevant tasks within Learning tools and platforms, such as enrolment and scheduling of learners & trainings, and troubleshoot any implementation issues.
Publish training reports as per the agreed standard/template.
Collect the feedback on the effectiveness of the training programs/modules/content through training surveys, ongoing observations or while taking the course(s) and shares it with the relevant stakeholders.
Communicate with the relevant stakeholders on the progress and needs of ongoing trainings.
Develop, maintain and document new processes to continuously improve training across the network.
Support the Training Manager with delegated tasks to drive training delivery across the team.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience planning
Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout the organisation
Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
Experience leading and influencing your team or organization, or experience managing teams
Experience with continuous improvement processes
Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
Experience working with remote teams
Advanced-level proficiency in English language (C1+ or equivalent fluency by Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation or other forms of data markup
Experience using GenAI tools
Familiarity with critical concepts such as Python, scripting language, data structures etc
Experience in ML, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts
Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
Experience working with a globally distributed management organization
