The Cloud Services team is seeking a Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer to help design, operate, and continuously improve a large-scale, multi-cloud platform environment (AWS & GCP skills preferred).
This team is responsible for the engineering, reliability, and governance of 200+ cloud services supporting critical business workloads. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with platform strategy, reliability standards, and automation at scale .
You will work closely with global engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, including senior leadership, to ensure cloud services are secure, resilient, observable, and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
Assistsin the development,maintenanceand operations of IT services across 200+infraservices across our Cloud transformation landscape.
Develop solutions and driveadoption of enterprise solutions such as Cyber Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Security enhancements, acrossLineof business teams.
Drive improvement, through automation, of software delivered as a service from anefficiencyand simplicity perspective.
Provide clear operational documents and construction/support specifications toITuserbase.
Provide insight into operational Metrics across the entire Cloud Environment.
Consult with customers on any new requirements,designquestionsor functionality configurations for environments on and off premise
Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable cloud compliance, metrics,reporting and costmanagementroadmap and strategy.
Participate in incident resolution and changeimplementationas necessary. This may occasionally include support duringnon standardhours.
Required Skills & Experience :
Requiresexpert levelhands onexperience with deep, hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services .
Proficiencyin infrastructure automation and scripting (Python, shell scripting,CloudFormation, Terraform,Ansible, AWS Lambda).
Solid understanding of networking, firewall , and security concepts in cloud environments.
Experience with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD practices.
Expertunderstanding ofhow applications should be engineered by following fault tolerate best practices, separation of duties, observability, and being operator friendly.
Working knowledge of block , object , and file storage technologies .
Experience designing or supporting disaster recovery solutions , including familiarity with AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across global teams.
Nice to Have
Intermediateknowledge ofAnsible.
Familiarity withGoogle Cloud Platformis also a plus.
