In this role, you will:

  • Program & Enterprise Adoption Leadership

  • Serve as the overall Program Manager for enterprise adoption of EPL‑X, Path‑to‑Production (P2P), and AMA , driving consistent execution, measurable outcomes, and sustained adoption across technology portfolios

  • Lead enterprise‑scale change and execution planning , including roadmap definition, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for delivery and engineering modernization initiatives

  • Partner with Technology Executives, Product Leaders, and Architects to translate strategy into execution‑ready plans with clear ownership, outcomes, and timelines

Risk, Controls & Compliance

Interpret and apply enterprise requirements across risk, security, stability, and regulatory compliance Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks related to delivery execution, metrics integrity, and platform operations Ensure adherence to Wells Fargo policies, standards, and governance expectations across all owned initiatives

Talent, Culture & Operating Model

Build and sustain a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent; conduct performance management aligned to enterprise expectations Manage allocation of people and financial resources to meet committed outcomes and program milestones

Cross‑Team & Vendor Collaboration

Act as the primary technology and delivery representative for enterprise adoption programs during cross‑organization planning, governance, and leadership forums Coordinate execution across multiple technology domains , reducing duplication and accelerating adoption of standardized approaches Partner with strategic vendors and internal platform teams to extend delivery metrics, automation, and tooling capabilities

Engineering & Delivery Leadership

Manage, coach, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers delivering initiatives with moderate to high complexity and enterprise impact Provide delivery leadership and escalation support across code, build, test, release, and operations, removing systemic impediments to delivery Guide teams in applying modern engineering practices , DevOps principles, and platform standards aligned to enterprise architecture Ensure delivery execution meets security, resiliency, scalability, performance, and compliance expectations with every release

Metrics, Insights & Executive Dashboards

Be accountable for building, operating, and continuously maturing dashboards that present 24 Technology Leadership Team (TLT) Metrics , ensuring accuracy, transparency, and executive readiness Own the maturation of DORA metrics from measurement to actionable insights, embedding metrics into delivery governance, reviews, and continuous improvement loops Establish common definitions, data lineage, and governance for delivery and engineering metrics, reducing ambiguity and improving trust in metrics across teams Partner with Analytics, Platform, and Tooling teams to ensure scalable, automated, and auditable metric pipelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise‑level programs driving standardized engineering or delivery adoption (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, delivery frameworks)

  • Strong understanding of DORA metrics , delivery performance measurement, and executive‑level reporting

  • Experience owning executive dashboards or analytics products used for governance and leadership decision making

  • Demonstrated success scaling MVPs and pilots into enterprise‑wide solutions

  • Proven ability to align engineering execution with enterprise technology strategy

  • Experience operating in complex, regulated, matrixed environments

  • Experience partnering with platform teams, analytics organizations, and strategic vendors

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at Director and TLT levels

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and highly matrixed environment

  • Willingness to participate in program‑level escalations and executive reviews as required

  • Adherence to Wells Fargo risk management, compliance, and control standards
