Primary Responsibilities:
Lead full-stack development using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, BPM Tools (CORDYS/AppWorks), JPA, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL, Web Services, JMS, KAFKA Java with UI (Angular/React) and Micro Service Architecture experience Hands-on experience in developing Cloud based applications Solid hands-on knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle database Good knowledge of Linux and Linux based tools Application build & deployment using Jenkins/CICD tools Hands-on in using design patterns
Work with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
Utilize GitHub, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools for CI/CD and automation
Apply AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, MS 365 Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development and improve code quality
Leverage Generative AI to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
Code Review and produce high-quality code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Oversee design and planning of user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Contribute to solutioning for Epics and implementation tasks, adapting existing patterns to build robust solutions
Be able to understand and align with client strategy and commercial direction, integrating technology effectively
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders
Drive automation initiatives to reduce development and operational overhead

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of hands-on development experience with solid foundations in software engineering and architecture
Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native application development
Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices: Sonar, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
Proven solid grasp of software engineering principles: object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, debugging, usability, and configuration management
Good work experience in using test automation tools; preferably Selenium. Hands-on in using design patterns - Good knowledge and experience in application support solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build solid relationships across teams
Proven ability to perform functional, regression and system integration tests
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
