Cornerstone OnDemand Senior Software Engineer - AI in Hyderabad, India
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Senior Software Engineer AI to join our team and help build the next
generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to
learn how AI and machine learning are developed and deployed in a real-world,
enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to
explore how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools can
make work more personal and efficient.
In this role you will…
Support the design, development, and testing of AI-drivenfeatures within Cornerstone’s Galaxy ecosystem.
Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involvingnatural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generativeAI.
Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model trainingand evaluation.
Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, orHugging Face.
Learn about MLOps concepts such as model deployment,monitoring, and retraining.
Assist in writing clean, well-documented code using Python andrelated libraries.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to teamdiscussions and demos.
Stay curious—research new AI tools, libraries, or ideas thatcould enhance our platform.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science , or a relatedfield.
3 - 5 Years of hands on experience in machine learning concepts and Pythonprogramming.
Deep knowledge and understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow,PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
Experience in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.
Eagerness to build and the ability to collaborate in afast-paced, team environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
