Primary Responsibilities:
Automates regression test cases and performs API, web, and mobile testing as needed. Executes complex scenarios manually when automation is not feasible
Analyzes test results and defect data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on preventing future defects
Leads the review of design documents, process workflows, test procedures, and quality standards to gain a deep understanding of product scope, requirements, and expected functionality
Partners closely with Product Owners to clarify user stories, define comprehensive test scenarios, and secure approval prior to automation development
Drives quality best practices to ensure products consistently meet organizational and customer expectations for reliability, performance, and overall product integrity
Oversees the automation of regression test suites and performs API, web, and mobile testing as required. Handles complex or non-automatable scenarios through thorough manual testing
Conducts in depth analysis of test results and defect data to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on preventing recurrence and strengthening product quality over time

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
QA Engineer / Automation Test Engineer with solid hands on experience in both Automation and Manual Testing
Skilled in automating UI and API tests using Java, Protractor Cucumber framework, C#, and mobile automation tools such as Katalon
Expertise in Selenium Java scripting for BrowserStack, and building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins with Git version control and Maven
Involved in all phases of testing, including Functional, Automation, Regression, and Smoke Testing
Performs both automation and manual testing across Web Applications, Mobile Apps, and APIs
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
