Oracle Senior Principal Consultant (Siebel Administrator) in HYDERABAD, India
Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Hands-on experience in Siebel installation on both Windows and Linux platforms.
Experience in Siebel upgrades to latest versions (e.g., IP17 and above).
Expertise in Siebel Gateway clustering, Multi-Mode AI, and load balancing configurations.
Strong experience in performance tuning of Siebel Server, AOM, AI, Gateway, Tomcat, etc.
Troubleshooting experience for EAI component crashes, FDR analysis, and component log analysis.
System administration activities including configuration of application components and parameters, and resolving component failures.
Experience in SSO and LDAP integration with Active Directory, including troubleshooting.
Strong overall troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Automation of routine administrative tasks.
Preferred experience in WLS/BIP/OAS/OAP installation, upgrades, and integration with Siebel.
Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and testing.
Experience managing Siebel on OCI (or other cloud platforms) is preferred.
Working knowledge of Siebel OKE architecture/setup and SCM/Upgrade Factory is an added advantage.

Ability to independently manage customer interactions and provide regular status updates.
Experience working directly with customers in migration services or support projects.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and support global customers.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 support model, including on-call rotations where required.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and production-critical incidents.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with clear documentation practices.
Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infra, Network, Security).
Open to travel within India or internationally, based on project and customer requirements.
