Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow SecOps
Experience: 5+ Years (hands-on ServiceNow technical)
Location: Pan India
Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite
Role Summary
Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) to handle end-to-end implementation, integrations with external security tools, and platform configuration in an enterprise environment. Now Assist implementation experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Requirement gathering and solution design
• Configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules
• Development, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Integration with external security tools (SIEM & vulnerability scanners)
• Support UAT and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot production and integration issues
Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow technical experience
• Strong experience in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Configuration & development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer
• Experience working on enterprise-scale implementations
• Good understanding of overall ServiceNow platform
• Now Assist (GenAI) implementation/configuration experience
• Exposure to ITSM/CMDB
• Experience integrating tools like Splunk, QRadar, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7
• ServiceNow CSA and SecOps certification
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder handling
• Quick learner and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
