Amazon Product Manager, Global AR Process Excellence & Automation, Global Accounts Receivable in Hyderabad, India

Description

Description

Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) is seeking a Product Manager with a passion for process simplification, AI-driven automation, and operational excellence. This role is central to our mission of eliminating complexity across global AR operations —driving standardization, intelligent automation, and measurable efficiency gains across Amazon Business, AWS, Retail, and other business channels.

You will lead the charge in simplifying how work gets done. You will partner with Global Process Owners, service center leaders, and engineering teams to identify high-friction processes, design simplified workflows, and deploy AI and automation solutions that scale globally. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role, it is a transformation role for someone who sees complexity as an opportunity to innovate.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Own the process simplification roadmap for assigned AR domains—identify friction, drive standardization, and eliminate unnecessary complexity across global service centers

• Champion AI-first thinking—partner with engineering and FinOps teams to translate simplification opportunities into scalable automation

• Support Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) design and drive adoption of Work Center as the unified platform for directed work

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution—research, requirements, roadmap development, and launch

• Write clear Business Requirements that articulate simplification outcomes and automation opportunities

• Partner with Global Process Owners across AB, AWS, Retail, and other channels to align priorities and drive adoption

• Support migration from legacy tools to new platforms with thorough UAT and change management

• Define and track metrics that measure impact—cycle time reduction, automation rates, error elimination

• Navigate complex matrixed relationships with service center stakeholders operating under tight SLAs

• Influence without authority—use data and results to build trust and drive transformation

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, program management, or process improvement experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature tradeoffs

• Demonstrated success driving process standardization or simplification initiatives

• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML solution deployment in finance or operations (e.g., intelligent document processing, workflow automation)

• Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath) or RPA technologies

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process excellence credentials

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services operations

• Track record of influencing without authority in matrixed organizations

• Familiarity with Amazon Connect, workflow orchestration platforms, or case management systems

AI-Native Skills (Highly Desired)

• Experience using at least one no-code / low-code platform (e.g., Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, Voiceflow, Retool, etc.)

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as chatbot builders, workflow automation with AI, or no-code AI agent platforms

• Strong understanding of how to structure prompts, workflows, and user journeys without coding

• Comfortable thinking in terms of APIs, data fields, and simple logic (conditions, triggers, actions)

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and user-friendly interfaces

• Good communication skills and experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
