Honeywell Principal Hardware Engr in Hyderabad, India
As a Principal Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and driving the hardware design process from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications and design complex hardware systems including schematic capture and PCB layout. Your role will also involve performing hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the overall success of hardware design projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications
Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout
Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Experience with hardware testing and validation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
