Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines
Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and inspect & adapt workshops
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments
Guide teams through Agile/SAFe practices, promoting continuous improvement
Assess and interpret stakeholder needs to align ART objectives
Solve moderately complex delivery and coordination challenges
Translate Agile concepts into practical execution strategies
Provide coaching and feedback to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced Agile practitioners
Communicate effectively with leadership on ART performance and risks

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of total experience of working in Tech industry
5+ years of hands-on Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
3+ years as a Release Train Engineer and/or Agile Coach
2+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
