Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on cloud modernization.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, andScrum ofScrums.
Manage team financials and Operational / Agile KPI’s to measure andmonitorteam delivery and efficiency
Guide teams inAgilebest practices and ensure consistent adoption across squads.
Collaborate with Product Owners tomaintainand prioritize the product backlog.
Identifyand remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Supportadoptionof cloud-native tools and practices aligned with enterprise standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members to build agile capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Scienceora relateddiscipline.
6+yearsof experience as a Scrum Masterwithadeep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban principles and practices.
5+yearsof experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of complexAI & Data Engineering initiatives within Agile frameworks.
3+ yearsofexperience leading within a Data organization focused on implementation of Large-Scale AI and/or Data& AnalyticsCloud Transformation initiatives.
3+ yearsofexperienceleading initiativeswithcross-functional teams, managingdependencies and aligningproject outcomes with business objectives & timelines
3+ yearsofexperience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development.
3+ yearsofexperience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve andoperateoutside its comfort zone in an Agile environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Demonstrated ability to take hands-on approach and actively contribute to overall team success and achieve goals.
Financial acumen with ability to understand and manage budgets, track financialmetricsand ensure alignment of project deliverables with financialobjective.
