Experience in business requirements or data analysis working with data warehouses or reporting/analytic projects.
Experience/proficiency with Industry Standard querying tools (SQL).
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, leveraging awareness of generative AI concepts such as RAG and prompt engineering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies, ensuring effective use of structured and unstructured data, and optimizing data flows for reporting and analytics.
Develop and maintain advanced analytical workflows by incorporating emerging AI-driven techniques, agentic processes, and database solutions to support scalable, innovative business solutions.
Strong critical thinking skills and analytical ability.
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timeline-driven environment.
Experience working in an Agile team environment.
Detail oriented with strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
