Job summary
As a Business Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business programs and projects within the organization. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders and managing resources effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of business programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage resources effectively to optimize program delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams to ensure successful program execution.
Monitor program progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Develop and implement program management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of program initiatives.
Analyze program data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all program activities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery and achieve business excellence.
Prepare and present program reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in stakeholder management ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all parties involved.
Demonstrate strong delivery management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Exhibit expertise in program and resource management optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Showcase proficiency in program execution ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Display strong program planning skills with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Have a deep understanding of hybrid work models and the ability to manage teams in a flexible work environment.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent in program management.
