Job Summary
The BD Director will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives within the Private Equity and Hedge Fund domain. Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the companys presence in the Private Equity and Hedge Fund sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
Provide expert insights into Private Equity Fund Accounting and Hedge Fund Accounting to enhance client solutions and services.
Utilize advanced MS Excel and Excel Macro/VBA skills to analyze complex financial data and create efficient reporting tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights within the financial services industry.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes within the business development function.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions formulas and data analysis capabilities.
Showcase proficiency in Excel Macro/VBA for automating processes and enhancing efficiency.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting and Hedge Fund Accounting principles and practices.
Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

Bring a proven track record of 17 to 20 years of experience in business development within the financial services domain.
