Patient Care Representative (Hyannis) - (260210-50022151) Purpose of Position: Provides outstanding customer service to all callers when assisting with patient\'s needs during telephone encounters. Description Advocates for the patient\'s appointments, & healthcare needs Communicate unresolved issues to manager or designee to facilitate timely interventions Demonstrate excellent communication skills effectively & efficiently Maintains accurate records of all calls & corresponding details Efficiently field patient questions & concerns Process messages & report to the respective physicians & their teams, whenever necessary Attends & actively participates in team meetings Answers phones in accordance with department standards to achieve expected goals Communicates effectively & efficiently when in the call center assignment Other work-related duties as assigned Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers & co-workers in a manner that reflects MACC?s commitment to CARES: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence & service Qualifications Ability to read, write & communicate in English at the level of a high school graduate Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Excellent telephone & communication skills Strong interpersonal, customer service & time management skills Experience with current office technology, proficient with computer office applications Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting preferred Schedule Details: 40 Hours Per Week, Mon-Fri, 8a-4p, No Weekends or Holidays Organization Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod
