동탄 연구소내 R&D Development Engineering 팀에서 다음과 같은 업무를 담당하는 Lab. Technician (2년 계약) 을 채용하고 있습니다.

직무상세

• 반도체 세정액 연구 개발팀 기술 지원 : beaker level 평가, chemical 및 표면 분석 지원 업무

• 고객 샘플 준비 : 소분, 생산이관 업무지원, 분석 대응, 물류이동

• 반도체 세정 및 분석 장비 운영 및 관리

• 글로벌/사이트 환경안전보건 정책과 반도체 재료 연구실 및 공장 안전 정책에 기반하여 안전하게 업무 수행 및 개선활동

• 비지니스의 요구사항에 따라 제품의 높은 품질 수준을 맞추기 위해 평가 방법 최적화와 문서 작업을 수행

• 업무 수행 시 취급하는 특정 화학 물질들의 특성을 정확히 이해

• 업무/교육/훈련을 통해 습득한 지식/기술을 활용/발전시키고, 팀내 공유하여 조직 능력 향상에 기여

• 반도체 재료 평가 및 분석 공정 셋업, 간단한 설비 정비, 그리고 문제 해결 과정에 참여, 기여 및 협업

• 비효율적인 평가 절차의 개선을 위한 평가 방법 변경 관리 절차의 이해 및 참여

자격 요건

• 관련 전공의 전문학사 이상 학위 소지자 (화학, 물리, 화학공학, 재료공학 등 화학 및 반도체 관련 전공 우대)

• 연구 개발과 관련된 정확한 문서 작성 능력

• 표준화 된 연구 방법을 적용한 평가 결과의 신뢰도 확보 기술

• 문서 및 구두 의사소통 능력

• 팀웍을 위한 대인 관계 커뮤니케이션 관리 능력

• 여러가지 업무에 대한 동시 수행 능력과 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 시간 관리 능력

선호 요건

• 전자재료 관련 연구실 및 공장 업무 경험 우대

• 반도체 세정 관련 업무 경험자 우대

고용 형태 : 2년 계약직
